Venison products include fillet, saddle and haunch steak, rolled shoulder, shoulder casserole, boned saddle and haunch, mince, burgers and sausages, liver, kidney and heart. Whether cooking a steak, using mince for bolognese or slow cooking a traditional roast, Beecraigs venison can provide you with what you are after.
Please note that Beecraigs Park Centre supplies fresh venison the first weekend of every month. If you wish to purchase venison, it is advised to call and check availability. Orders and enquiries can be placed in advance.
The Beecraigs herd is closed, quality stock. Stud stags, prime venison hinds and stags can be sold, as well as calves to finishers. More information available on request.
