Venison products include fillet, saddle and haunch steak, rolled shoulder, shoulder casserole, boned saddle and haunch, mince, burgers and sausages, liver, kidney and heart. Whether cooking a steak, using mince for bolognese or slow cooking a traditional roast, Beecraigs venison can provide you with what you are after.
Gift vouchers can also be purchased from the Beecraigs Park Centre.
Orders are now being taken for Christmas and New Year. Due to the high demand, customers are advised to place advanced orders before the end of November and the farm will endeavour to supply your requirements. Fresh venison will be available every weekend from the 8th November until the 21st December 2008. The Park Centre will be closed on the 25th and 26th December 2008 and on the 1st and 2nd January 2009. To discuss your requirements please telephone the Park Centre on 01506 844516.

The Beecraigs herd is closed, quality stock. Stud stags, prime venison
hinds and stags can be sold, as well as calves to finishers. More information available on
