The hardstanding pitches enable touring caravans and motorhomes to visit all year round (approx. size 6 metre wide by 8.5 metre long). The site welcomes caravans, motorhomes, trailer tents and tents. Only tents are on grass pitches with all other pitches on hardstanding. Please note that the camping ground for tents will close for the winter from the 31st. October (re-opening on 30th. March 2012) but the site remains open for caravans, motorhomes and trailer tents. Bookings are now being taken for over the Christmas and New Year period. It is well advised to book in advance of your visit, either telephone 01506 844516 or complete the booking and enquiry form. Please note that full payment at the time of booking will be required over high season dates. On arrival please remember to call in at Reception to collect your site access card / electric hook-up key for which a returnable deposit is required. - Located 3.2km. (2 miles) south of historic Linlithgow town, midway between Glasgow and Edinburgh, in the scenic Bathgate Hills. Ideally situated for exploring central Scotland and visiting Edinburgh, Stirling and the Trossachs, Glasgow and many nearby attractions. Local attractions and events.

- Provisions can be purchased from nearby Linlithgow - a small town packed with shops, a number of supermarkets and many places of interest.
- Pets welcome and at no extra charge. Ranger Service staff can advise of good walks in the area.
- Persons aged under 18 years must be accompanied during their stay by an adult of over 21 years.
- Natural shading compliments hardstanding areas for touring caravans, motorhomes and trailer tents (please do bring long, steel pegs if you are erecting an awning on hardstanding). Some bays are in the shade.

All prices stated are for a maximum of 1 car only and a maximum of 2 persons per night. Please note that additional persons and car charges apply.
Arrival from 1pm. and departure must be before 12noon.
Payments can be made in cash, cheque or credit card (payable online, in person or over the phone). Gift vouchers can also be purchased from the Visitor Centre.
Tariffs for 2011/12 have been held low in reflection of essential, site improvement works that will be conducted this year. Works will mainly occur during low season dates.
